Chef Claudia Sandoval will lead a 1-hour Cooking Demonstration teaching attendees how-to cook a MasterChef worthy dish. Chef Claudia, known for her Modern take on Mexican Coastal Cuisine, will be sharing small plates with her Latin flare throughout the evening. Plates like a Spicy Shrimp Ceviche paired with a Citrusy Goose Island Sofie are sure to entice even the pickiest of eaters.
Chef Claudia will have a limited number of her Best-Selling cookbook “Claudia’s Cocina - A Taste of Mexico” on hand and will be autographing them after her demonstration.
